Two years ago, I went in with plantar fasciitis and the staff was able to recommend the perfect shoe which provided the right support. Recently, I went in with an ankle issue, and he described what was going on after watching me walk, and then recommend a shoe to fixe that problem. Highly recommend!

Brought in my tennis rackets because Dicks wouldn’t regrip them after purchasing grip tape from them. Rapid Transit Sports sold it for less and did both of my rackets in less than 10 minutes. Thank you Rapid Transit Sports!!!

Wonderful customer service! They helped right away in analyzing my feet and all that goes into which shoes would benefit me the best. The staff is very knowledgeable and takes their time and true effort to listen to you, inform you, and answer any questions. The endless effort involved in making sure that you get the perfectly fitted shoe is amazing. It was my first trip here and the first time getting fitted for shoes, very impressed!

This is our fourth visit to the store. We had another great experience! They have a great selection and employees always take their time to find exactly the best sneakers for my family! Thanks so much!

Fantastic store to get shoes, and it's an experience. The experience starts at the door where you are greeted almost immediately "depending on how busy they are." One of the staff will ask you questions on what kind of walking or running you will be doing. Then the staff will watch you walk or run. All of the information collected will lead to different shoes to try on. They have mentioned that comfort should be first, not the look. But it's up to you. I have not been to the store in a couple of years due to living out of the area. Also I call when I need shoes and they will ship them. I give them the number and they will ship them. The shoes might be a different color, but no problem. It is a great store to get shoes, Penn State items, or other sports team clothing. I would make the trip to get shoes, but they make it easier with shipping. The shoes are more expensive, but we'll be worth it.
